Hi there lovelies! When I'm not working on content, I'm running after my kids and cleaning the house. This is as real as it gets! 😜 I've neglected this area under my bathroom sink for a while now. Looking at it would irritate me and give me anxiety. So I'd run away from it! I could no longer truly live in peace until I took care of this messy situation. So I finally did something about it!

Organizing, de-cluttering, and finding a home to everything is what I've learned to do. Even if I neglect it for a little while, as long as I come around to it, I'm good 👌

Ta-da! Doesn't it look so much better now?! I even feel better! Doing this really helps refresh my thoughts, my heart, my life. It's good for the soul! Now I could move on in clarity 😊

My #1 tip is to buy 2-tier or 3-tier organizers of your choice, whatever works for your cabinet space. Buying an organizer first gives me the tool to fix this mess and putting it into action. It gets me excited and encourages me to do it!

Then de-clutter. Play music while you're doing it if you need to! Throw out the empty bottles and junk you no longer need. Keep your essentials and must haves! Put them in categories, such as, skin care, bath care, brushes, etc. Another tip, is to keep the products you use the most upfront where it's easy to reach, like I did on the top right side organizer.

Try it! If there's an area in your home, could be big or small and there's a little voice inside your head telling you it's time to handle this mess, you can only put it off for so long, Just Do It!

HALLOWEEN HOME DECOR 2017

Wednesday, October 25, 2017

Hey y'all!

I can't believe Halloween is next Tuesday!! Seems like we were just welcoming October and now we're almost towards the end of it! Any way I wanted to share with you some of my halloween decor from this year. Most of the decor was accumulated from the last 4 years and some new. I have 2 kiddos a 7 yr old daughter and 1 1/2 yr old son so I enjoy decorating our home for them, they love it!

I initially wanted to vlog a "Halloween home tour" but we're still in the process of decorating our home, we don't have many furniture pieces so I had to compromise and decorate cute corners. I will try my best to list where I purchased the decor if interested. I hope you enjoy!

This beautiful Halloween wreath my mom gave me, she purchased it from a patient at a hospital my mom use to work at.

Everything you see here is new except the small white pumpkin that I topped off with a skull head. Everything you see was purchased from Michaels. I bought the 'Trick Or Treat' embellishment separately at Micheals and placed them on the pumpkin myself, it was super easy to do!

The pumpkin was purchased from Walmart last year. The witch hat was from Target's dollar isle and the broom stick standing behind is from Michaels.

All of the halloween decor on my mantel was purchased from Michaels! It took me a minute to get creative with it. The skull & bones from walmart & the little pumpkin lights from Target's dollar isle. The black cat and lace pumpkin from Michaels.

I'm happy how cute this turned out!

I originally had tombstones on each end of the fire place, that was made from styrofoam but it didn't last long with a messy 1 yr old boy.

The small glitter pumpkin from dollar tree and I just added spiders to the candle center piece. I wish I purchased a small halloween wreath to put around the candle. I don't know if you could see, but I have a spider web table cloth (Michaels) underneath the pumpkin and candle.

This Halloween pompom is from Target dollar isle.
Thanks to my hubby bear, he came up  with this place, on top of our kitchen stove to put the tombstones. Purchased from Target's dollar isle.

Glitter pumpkin from dollar tree, the white ghost  from Target, and candle tee light from Michaels.

The pumpkin in together are all from Michaels except the marbled , it is from Target dollar isle as well as the orange ceramic pumpkin with tea light ( Michaels ) in it.

The bat pieces from Target's dollar isle. They were originally on a string, but I decided to take them off the string and stick them on the wall. The filter was from Snapchat. Cool isn't it?

The pumpkin center piece is handmade from Michaels. It's probably my favorite halloween decor so far!

I made this capture to be more focused on the bats.

Here's a side view. I love!

I'm so happy with this cozy corner on my kitchen counter. I didn't want to leave it empty, so I came up with this idea. This is usually my fall/thanksgiving decor, but I added the spiders to make it more halloween-ish.
I literally just took a pic of this on my snapchat, couldn't leave it out! The skeletons from dollar tree and halloween bags from Tj Maxx!

This is all I decorated! I hope you this gives you some ideas for your own halloween decor! Thank you if have gotten this far! Goodnight xo

This pretty dress is my favorite @tjmaxx purchase! Reason being it's in my favorite color coral and it's so comfy! I'm excited to transition it into fall when I'm feeling bold with a neutral cardigan and cute booties! Shoes @lulus ❤️

Marhaba helween! I'm still doing makeup looks, but I just haven't had the time to sit, film, and edit. I'm going to start mixing in #ootd with #motd, so stay tuned for new exciting content! 🤗🌸❤️

Everything about this outfit is comfy and I got bit by mosquitos like crazy! But this outfit is a fave of mine for the summer. I know everyone is tapping into fall already, but I'll start wearing fall clothes when it starts to actually feel like fall!

I first wore this outfit combo on a vacation to Panama City beach, FL with my famil. (pic above taken in PCB) I loved it so much I think it will be a staple of mine for more summers to come!

I love the flow shorts for short legs like mine. Simply because it pull's off the illusion of making it look like I have longer legs. The white tank fitted to my body and some cute lace nude sandals to give me a little bit of height lol I hope you like it!

I seriously love this top so much! I've been really into off the shoulder tops and I collect vases in this particular print so I was happy to find this top and had to snatch it up! lol

I just want to thank my beautful sister Marah for capturing pretty decent shots of me! She's amazing! All of my sisters are amazing. We take each other's photos. It's like a little family crew. So thankful.
